Save and load video templates

You can now load the styles you've set up in a video template straight into the editor and apply them in one step.

(Pro plan users can now create up to 10 video templates.)

Title regeneration

The editor can now regenerate your title with AI. Go with a concept FikaClip suggests, or give feedback on what you don't like, and the AI generates 5 new titles for you to pick your favorite from.

(The selection guide makes it easier to pick a style.)

Title regeneration

Email sign-up

You can now log in with just an email address, no Google or other social account needed. Already have an account? Verify your email and you can use it as an additional login method too!

This update also makes signing up much easier for business accounts!

Faster video generation

We've shipped a patch that cuts generation time. The quality setting at generation time is gone; instead, you can choose the 1080p option when you download.

Compared with the previous 1080p flow, generation plus download is now about 2-3x faster.

Outro upload

You can now upload an outro video. Note that only videos under 5 seconds can be added.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug where titles and captions sat underneath the watermark in video templates

  • Fixed a bug where font effect colors weren't applied in the editor

Coming soon

  • Major editor usability improvements

  • Caption timing editing in the editor

  • Add elements in the editor

  • Import additional videos

  • Scene transition effects
